One of Red's clients in New Jersey is currently seeking a full-time, permanent Development Manager, Payroll Applications. The position can be 100% remote within the US.
The position would be responsible for leading application support and project management to help grow & expand technology capabilities in the company's payroll technologies. The role will partner with multiple IT project teams to design and deliver technology solutions to meet the company's rapidly evolving HR and payroll roadmap.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
7+ years of IT experience in working on HR, Payroll and Workforce Management Applications preferably in a retail field.
5+ years of experience in Kronos WFC v8.0 and above
Experience with Kronos WFC Time & Attendance, Workforce Scheduling, Advance Scheduling, Budgeting, Forecasting and Kronos Analytics.
Experience with developing integrations between Kronos and other major HCM applications like Workday/PeopleSoft
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
Knowledge of Work Force Dimension a plus
