Administrator (Insurance or Pensions) / Dublin / 3-6 months / Start ASAP

Administrative support to Leading Ireland Insurance Company through transaction processing, meet daily / weekly / monthly targets, achieve SLAs & all adhere to parameters as applicable for the project.

Key responsibilities:

The candidate shall be responsible for assisting Leading Ireland Insurance Company with their current business operations and other related activities within the organisation. In addition to this, the candidate shall also be responsible for all activities related to transnational aspects across work types & supporting business growth opportunities for the project.

The candidate focus area shall be purely operational & pertaining to transaction processing of the current backlog for the clients. This includes administration through streamlining current lines of business processes by maintaining required quality standards & achieving SLAs; leveraging assistance with various work type volume clearance for improvised & enhanced customer experience.

The Candidate should have -
* Understanding of UK/Ireland insurance markets
* Good understanding of MS Office, computer applications

Key Skills/Knowledge:

Candidate's key skills include -
* Transaction processing within Client businesses
* Insurance and Pensions understanding
* Passion toward learning about new products & applications
* Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc.
* Ability to work well as a part of a team

Any additional training completed / prior experience with Pension clients will be an added advantage
Sound understanding of the key prevailing trends in UK/Ireland insurance market will be helpful
Good Communication skills are a must to understand the requirement areas of customers.
