AGILE COACH - French / English - Remote - € day rate
Agile Coach required for global pharmaceutical client to coach and increase the understanding of their Agile transformation within the Data Team.
In this role as the Agile Coach you will;
- Help to transition and implement Agile mindset within the Data Teams
- Ensure Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to
- Implement Agile processes, practices, and tools
- Endorse Scrum Master role in selected projects
- Ensure and advise/train on the correct use of Scrum methodology

French / English Languages
The successful Agile Coach will have;
- Extensive experience as an Agile Coach, launching an agile transformation / mindset within large organisations
- French & English Language skills
- Familiarity with common Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and better development practices
- Strong knowledge of Scrum methodology, rules and practices
- Experience within the Pharmaceutical sector
- Strong communication skills
- Solid understanding of SDLC
This is a key role within a global pharma company and will give the successful Agile Coach the opportunity to help them along their Agile journey
