BI Specialist and Data Analyst

Your responsibilities
- Analysis of existing solutions, improvements and development of additional functionalities
- Ability to extract, analyse and present Data and information from various systems, portals and platforms such as: (SAP BW BI NetWeaver, SAP BusinessObjects, MS Power BI, IBM LotusNotes, SharePoint)
- Preparing and creating standard and non- standard reports using MS Power BI (managing reports, presenting data, using advanced settings, modern graphs etc.)
- Organize implementation of system changes and corrections i.e. a new reporting content, InfoCubes, reports etc.
- Effective engagement and communication with the business/ higher management in order to provide relevant and efficient service in timely manner
- Overlooking the overall SAP and NON- SAP Business Intelligence support- provided by vendors for users across various locations
- Prepare activities plan based on Project Calendar and keep all parties informed about the upcoming changes and deadlines
- Prepare and update the system documentation
Your background
- Experience working with Data using ERP Business Intelligence Systems (e.g. MS Power BI)
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to think outside the box
- Expr. in Data Warehouse management and management reporting
- Expr. working with some of the following: SAP BW BI NetWeaver, SAP BusinessObjects, MS Power BI, IBM LotusNotes, SharePoint
- Good user knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel skills
- Experience in writing and maintaining documentation, preparing reports
