Project Details:
- Operation of customer applications on the Tidemark tool
- User access administration
- Administration and maintenance of the customer's repository in the tool
- Interface monitoring Processing of incidents opened by users in the ticketing tool (Service Now)
- User assistance Keeping documentation up to date
- Communication to users on major incidents and changes to the tool
Desired skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with Tidemark
- Knowledge of the Finance field would be appreciated or experience on an EPM tool
- Experience in TMA is necessary
- Fluent in English communication
