ERP Business Transformation Project Manager - Sweden - Swedish and English Speaking - 6-12 month contract - Umea

Our consultancy client has an urgent need for an ERP Transformation Project manager.

Position - Business Transformation Project Manager

Responsible for

Guide Business/local team through the ERP transformation journey
Coordination of the local rollout - participants such as Key Users, End Users and local business
Design Change strategies that will help change their culture and the way they do everything
Work in close collaboration with the Program team, IT Project Manager, Local counterparts, Business Analyst and other key stakeholders to devise and execute plans
Track the deployment communications plan and closely collaborate with the Change/Communications Manager
Team-up with Go-live/Deployment Managers to work with local teams to agree and deliver on deployment plans
Support in measuring adoption for the new ways of working

Skills and Experience Required

Experience working on large-scale transformation ERP (like SAP) programs
Experience in project management / business transformation / consultancy
A Bachelor's or Management degree with 4-10 years working in change mgt, organizational design, transformation programs
Strong ability to influence and work with stakeholders at all levels
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Can-do mentality with good problem-solving skills
Language - Fluent in English/Swedish is manadatory.
