vacancy: Functional Lead (Procure-to-Pay) Our client's global IT function responsible for ensuring that our IT capabilities are not only able to support and integrate technologies, but can also offer insight into future IT tools that could provide us with a competitive edge and improved operating efficiencies. As we continue to build our ERP Centre of Excellence (ERP CoE) team we are looking to recruit a Functional Lead to establish and provide on-going support and management of the Procure-to-Pay(PtP) business solution, leading it through to maturity and driving continuous improvement. Key responsibilities Lead a team of specialists in ERP as configured to support the Our client's business processes for the PtP (eWM) solution. Engage with the process to transition the global SAP solution (Unify) into the ERP CoE. Provide 2nd level support to the business users via tickets received from the Service Desk - including service, incident and change requests. These are to be managed according to agreed service levels. Provide 3rd level configuration support as required. Provide support for normal business operation. Work actively with the Super User community to encourage knowledge transfer, skills improvement and process improvement. Are you the ideal candidate? You will: Have demonstrable team leadership experience, ideally in managing globally distributed teams Have experience in SAP Logistics, procurement, warehouse management (MM, IM, eWM) Be an experienced SAP professional who has worked on multiple SAP rollouts with detailed knowledge across the Procure-to-Pay workstream and excellent business analysis skills in a highly regulated industry (e.g. chemical, manufacturing and pharmaceutical). This role will be required to participate in the Major Incident Management process which means out-of-hours participation (on-call rota) in incident resolution and service restoration. Additionally, some international travel may be required to support the roll out of the global SAP solution.
