Our Key Client at RED is currently looking for a HR Smart Automation Leader for a long term project in Prague. the contract is initially for one year, however is planned to go through to 2021.

The Global Smart Automation Leader is a critical part of the organisation and its HR Services Integration and Delivery team. The main purpose of this position is to provide leadership, direction and execution of strategic Smart Automation solution projects across operations globally, and would develop the automation and controls strategy.


  • 10 or more years of managerial experience in a similar senior role (including operations and implementation, complexity management; understanding/exposure of relevant legislation)
  • Experience leading large scale implementations, integration programs, and managing operational delivery in a managed service model
  • Experience in transitioning and/or shifting services from local to automated solutions
  • Experience transforming a function that is very manual and un-standardised to one that is highly scale-able and efficient
  • Experience managing several large vendors and contracts; including negotiations skills, and industry exposure, contracting, business case modelling
  • Sound vendor management skills in a matrix organisation with global and regional magnitude (including experience in chairing global service review meetings with key stakeholders, conducting root cause analysis and action planning)
  • Sound coaching skills, and experience in guiding Operations Managers located in the Global Service Centres


  • SMART Automation either on SAP or ServiceNow experience required; must have deep knowledge & experience working with Virtual agents, Vendor providers and platform technologies
