Part of your role will be documenting business processes as well as consulting in the design of business processes and IT-based solutions to achieve availability and quality goals in the area of marketing, sales & service.
Furthermore, you will defining the technical standards and specifications for the development of new applications (technical standards, best practice solutions and test cases). Focus on customer interaction.
In addition to that, you will be coordinating the configuration and implementation of new applications (proof of concept) as well as their verification and acceptance in accordance with the defined standards. You will also be managing the solution life cycle and the upgrade strategy and carry out market observation regarding relevant innovations
You will quantifiable experience in project and ITIL service management, Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus. You are required to have sound knowledge of end-to-end business processes in marketing, sales & service and be a goal-oriented, assertive and entrepreneurial thinker. You would have acquired and have strong communication skills with fluent German and English ideally but not mandatory and have a willingness to travel occasionally for work related purposes.
