Our client is a global leading Manufacturing business based in Northern Bavaria. RED Executive is exclusive looking for a Salesforce Solutions Architect to join their international team on a permanent basis. Key responsibilities include supporting the design, strategy and planning a whole new implementation of the Salesforce Global Solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties will include:
- Develop and maintain the group-wide Salesforce architecture and solutions in line with the overall enterprise architecture
- Ongoing analysis of requirements and technical guidance of users on best practices as well as relevant business process changes and their IT-specific consequences
- Manage overall development, validation, deployment plans and resourcing for the implementation of new solutions
- (Co)-author solution design documents, relevant guidelines, standards and accompanying processes
- Test-Management (e.g. creation of test cases and test scripts, maintain escalation path for test issues, communicate test results and trace bugs through prioritization and resolution)
- Actively drive Salesforce knowledge growth and best practices transfer
Qualifications and Personal Qualities:
- Profound experience in the development of Salesforce application architectures and solutions for an international corporate environment
- In-depth (cross-cloud) knowledge of Salesforce sales, service and marketing solutions
- Certified Salesforce Architect, Consultant and/or Administrator
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Proactive team player with very strong willingness to serve and early adopter mentality
- Strong communication skills in English and German, both within the IT community and with key
- Master`s degree in Computer Science or comparable subject area
- Willingness to travel occasionally
