RED are currently sourcing an SAP BI HANA Expert for one of our Clients.
The aim of the assignment is to develop new reports / dashboards and to convert the existing BW Objects to a Hana model, more specifically in the Human Resources domain
Act as a point of contact for HR Business in collecting and translating their needs
Delivering SAP HR expertise to HR Business in their search for solutions when modifying / developing existing / new reports, taking into account the possibilities at HANA and the best practices and working tools in the field of Business Intelligence and BO Tools (Webi , Analysis for Office, Lumira)
Delivering the functional analyzes and technical specifications related to the solutions to be implemented
Integrate the R / 3 data in BW / HANA
Analyze and develop new BW and BO reports based on HANA
Conversion of the existing BW reports to Hana
Planning and organising Unit tests (UT), IT (Integration tests), UAT (User acceptance tests), Regression tests (RT)
Formulating and documenting business cases and / or work instructions for change request, As Is and To Be analyzes
Act as a coach for the current HR BI Designer Team to improve their skills
Create new BI reports and modify existing reports.
Perform tests: Unit tests (UT), IT (Integration tests), UAT (User acceptance tests) and Regression tests (RT)
Coaching teams at Go-lives and Roll Outs
Typical deliverables for the production of monthly releases are:
Developing and documenting BW / BO / BW on HANA Change Requests
Optimize existing BW reports for BW on HANA
Training documents and manuals for SAP BW / BO / HANA
