RED is currently searching for an SAP HCM consultant to join a long term project. Our client is looking for an expert who has strong experience within SAP HCM Performance management module and technical experience especially with Objective Setting and Appraisals.

Role description: SAP HCM Performance Management Consultant
Start date: 1 January 2019
Capacity: 4 days/week on site
Scope of Tasks:
- Appraisal, personnel development, talent management: boosting software development processes and supporting quality assurance measures, especially Objective Setting and Appraisals
- Support with OSA forms
- Implementing the requirements from the different departments
- Coaching of administrator in SAP performance management
