SAP HCM SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant

Basic Purpose of Position:
Serve as SAP functional Human Resources subject matter expert in the public sector. This individual will be a well-organised HR professional able to assess business processes and implement changes to meet business objectives in a changing work environment for a migration from SAP ECC 6 to SAP S4 HANA on prem, in cloud environment with a PBF to SBP public sector financial add-in technical conversion, and an HCM to SuccessFactors upgrade.

Experience Required:

  • Demonstrated experience in all aspects of Human Resources including Organisational Management, Time and Attendance, Benefits and Insurance, Recruiting, Workforce Planning and Analytic, Compensation, Learning, Succession Planning, and Performance Management
  • Experience in configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors in areas of Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Self Service, Travel Expenses, and Compensation Management
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organisational Management, or an additional 4 years of experience in the areas of HCM/SuccessFactors implementation and upgrades in lieu of a degree
  • At least 3 year's experience with SuccessFactors in consulting as a Functional Lead, Business Analyst, or Project Management roles
  • At least 2 year's experience with Payroll and compensation functions
  • Experience with word processing and Excel or other spreadsheet application
  • Experience with SAP HCM to SuccessFactors migration or SuccessFactors greenfield implementation

SAP HCM SuccessFactors Benefits Consultant

Basic Purpose of Position:
Serve as SAP Human Resources functional Benefits subject matter expert in the public sector. This individual
will be a well-organised Benefits professional able to assess business processes and implement changes to
meet business objectives in a changing work environment for a migration from SAP ECC 6 to SAP S4
HANA on Premise, in cloud environment with a PBF to SBP public sector financial add-in technical
conversion, and an HCM to SuccessFactors upgrade.

Experience Required:

  • Demonstrated experience in all aspects of Human Resources, and Benefits Administration including Open Enrolment, Insurance, Eligibility, Rates, Reporting, carrier files, and Payroll integration.
  • Experience in configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Benefit Focus in areas of Benefits and Payroll integration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organisational Management, or an additional 4 years of experience in the areas of HCM/SuccessFactors implementation and upgrades in lieu of a degree (as set forth below)
  • At least 3 year's experience (or minimum 7 year's experience in lieu of degree) with SuccessFactors in consulting as a Functional Lead, Business Analyst, or Project Management roles
  • At least 2 year's experience (or minimum 6 year's experience in lieu of degree) with Payroll and compensation functions
  • Experience with word processing and Excel or other spreadsheet application
