SAP Senior FICO Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as liaison between business, function, end-users and SAP roll-out project team
  • Support the Finance related activities in SAP roll-out projects
  • Support the Finance related activities in switching from NON-SAP ERP to SAP
  • Identify and raise gaps to common template during implementation projects
  • Conduct business process Gap Analysis between To-Be design and SAP standard Business Processes, and make recommendations for Process Improvement
  • Translate business requirements into SAP functional requirements and create Functional Design Specifications
  • Define use cases and oversee User acceptance testing (UAT) execution and follow process through completion and move to production
  • Assist with the development and delivery of end-user trainings, run training sessions and support end-users
  • Support automation and robotics activities
  • Ensure correct extraction of financial KPIs

Job requirements:

  • At least 4-6 years of experience with SAP ECC with expert knowledge of SAP FICO module
  • Experience with SAP Materials Management (MM) and Inventory Management (IM) will be added advantage
  • Analytical and action-oriented personality
  • Excellent organisational & administrative skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills is a must
  • Practical experience with RPA solutions
  • Excellent English is a must, other languages are an advantage
  • Highest standards in terms of integrity and trust
  • Available for (international) travel (after COVID-19)
