My international client in Sweden is looking for a Senior Manager, an experienced and consumer focused insight and marketing capability professional who wants to be part of this exciting change journey at a Manufacturing Giant.

  • Shape and inform the long term plans for consumer and shopper insights and capabilities for the client globally
  • Uncover insights along our consumer experience journey, and manage and coordinate insights projects
  • Drive activation of insights and embedding of principles
  • Work with and support the Global Marketing Team, bringing the voice of the consumer to the centre of the discussions
  • Manage strategic Global insight growth projects
  • Synthesize multiple sources and provide a consumer perspective, represent the voice of the consumer
  • Identify and deploy trends impacting client and its consumers
  • Develop best practice insight tools and methods
  • Help elevate consumer, shopper and ownership focus in the client
  • Be part of remote expert communities in consumer, shopper and ownership
  • Support the heads of Marketing and the heads of Marketing Effectiveness & Insights in sectors (regions) with insight expertise
  • Support the definition of our capability and learning agenda
  • Identify suitable capability building interventions, develop material and sources and support the building of region/sector teams skills
  • Develop guidelines and frameworks, common tools and methods, turn into capability building tools and interventions

Work closely with stakeholders globally to together with them build success in their regions/sectors

  • proven successful track record in implementing in a consumer centric environment
  • Demonstrated insight experience and knowledge
  • Extensive project management experience
  • Experience in generating behaviour changing insight & identifying effective levers of engagement
  • Research Planning Skills. Especially good in understanding business context.
  • Expert knowledge of Research Tools & techniques.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity
  • Experience from capability building, using remote and technology supported tools
