RED Commerce is assisting a very large consulting customer with their engagement on global automotive spare parts company having plants in multiple locations.
We are searching for a qualified Service Delivery Lead that have Integration management (SDIM).
The roles is suitable for operation and support manager with ITIL knowledge. Senior TL or PM profile would do.
Job Description:
* 5+ years' experience in a Service Delivery Operations Manager role . Total 10+ years of experience.
* Primary responsibilities of this position relate to integrating the day-to-day IT activities, working with IT staff to ensure the delivery of services,
* Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders both within client organization includes senior management and all other supporting systems - App team, Infra team, integration team, etc.
* Engage IT strategic teams to manage business client operational escalations.
* Experience of working in an IT reliant manufacturing environment.
* Proven track record of successful delivery with Incident, service request, Problem and change management, etc.
* ITIL Foundation certification ( external / internal certification or training )
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Excellent English language skills and Portuguese language.
