Key Skills: ServiceNow ITSM Development, Javascript, Rest/SOAP ServiceNow, Event Mngt/ certification.
· Experience in ITSM - Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Service Portal, Service Catalog
· Conduct Technical Analysis on the ServiceNow applications and modules
· Develop and modify ServiceNow workflows, forms, lists, business rules, UI components, web services, tables, and menus
· Code and configure interfaces between ServiceNow and other systems
· ServiceNow module trainings passed would be considered valid (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM; CASM, APP Eng etc)
· Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies
· Good to have Telco background working with trouble ticketing domain
