On behalf of our Global Key Partner, RED is currently looking for a ServiceNow ITSM Expert to participate on a ServiceNow implementation for a large telco provider across the Nordics and Baltics.

Role: ServiceNow ITSM Expert
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Finland (100%Remote)
Capacity: Full time
- Experience in ITSM - Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Service Portal, Service Catalog,
- Conduct Technical Analysis on the ServiceNow applications and modules,
- Develop and modify ServiceNow workflows, forms, lists, business rules, UI components, web services, tables, and menus,
- Code and configure interfaces between ServiceNow and other systems,
- ServiceNow module trainings passed would be considered valid (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM; CASM, APP Eng etc),
- Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies,
- Good to have Telco background working with trouble ticketing domain.
