My direct client is an international multibillion Pharmaceutical company ready to hire a Workday HR Analyst as soon as possible.

The right person for this opportunity will support Human Resources throughout the systems Design/Configuration and testing of Workday Recruiting, Advance Comp and Talent implementation and legacy system migration.

Additionally, the HR Business analyst will assist with the legacy data migration and with reporting/analytics design.

Specific Tasks will include:

  • Analysis and documentation of HR and non-HR Processes in scope for the project
  • Test Planning, including test approach design and test case creation and review
  • Test support, including triage and validation of test defects
  • Facilitation of process to migrate from several legacy systems, including:
    • Working with vendors (when required) for legacy system data extraction
    • Collaboration with project team functional experts to confirm quality of data
    • Data manipulation using Excel and population of complex workbooks to be used to load data into the Workday system
    • Collaboration with vendor partner to assure workbooks are completed properly and suitable for load to the Workday system
  • Provide support during cut-over and deployment activities
  • Provide day to day support after Go-Live to business partners and perform various HRIS activities


  • HRIS or Functional Analyst experience implementing/supporting Workday Recruiting, Advance Comp and Talent
  • Functional knowledge of HR Business processes
  • Previous experience on HR system implementation projects, Particularly Workday, considered a plus
  • Testing experience, planning, test case creation, execution
  • Strong Excel Skills
  • Experience with reporting and analytics design/requirements gathering
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, Both verbal and written
  • Experience working with the entire Software Development Life Cycle, whether Agile or Waterfall
  • Experience with report writers
