Electrolux has the following objectives: A template and 5-year global roll out are planned. Hire core central team members permanently at the outset to build internal capability. Provide client-side experts during the template build and key missing resources. Develop add-on functionality such as SRM. Replace SI staff for roll-out phases. 40+ candidates placed. Candidates placed: 18 permanent and 97 contract placements. Resources placed in: UK and Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Greece, Portugal, Spain, Hungary, France, Italy, Germany, Poland, Global.
Using a multi-country sourcing model RED were able to deliver high quality, valued experts to Electrolux as both employees and consultants and at favourable rates contributing significant savings to Electrolux across their global programme. Electrolux were able to retain much of their internal SAP knowledge by working with RED to build a permanent and stable resource base in their SAP Centre of Excellence.
